Official Shots website, has confirmed that the Chelsea Reserve team will no longer play their games at the Recreation Ground, ending a six season partnership between the two clubs.

Speaking on the decision, club Chairman John McGinty said, "On Behalf of the Board of Directors I would like to thank Chelsea Football Club for the arrangement they have had with Aldershot Town over the past six seasons and also the honourable way in which they concluded the contract with us.

"It has been an enjoyable period which has given local supporters the opportunity to watch some house hold names first hand and it has been a privilege to be able to stage these fixtures".
